What MasterTimeline Does

MasterTimeline is a complete production planning system. You start with a story concept — a sentence, a paragraph, a full treatment — and the system builds from there:

2. Visual Panels — Each beat becomes a visual panel, generated with consistent style using AI image generation with support for character references.
3. Multi-Track Timeline — Arrange panels on a professional timeline with 6 track types: panels, audio, video, text, effects, and shapes.
4. Effects & Motion — 31 built-in effects including transitions, overlays, motion presets, and audio-reactive visuals.
5. Video Generation — Turn static panels into motion with AI video generation via Kling 2.5 and Veo 3.1.
6. Real-Time Preview — See everything rendered together in a Remotion-powered player at 30fps.

The AI Stack

We chose purpose-built AI models for each stage of the pipeline:

• Gemini 3 Flash (via OpenRouter) for story understanding — fast, contextually aware, structured output
• Gemini Nano Banana (via Fal.ai) for image generation — up to 14 character references for consistency
• Kling 2.5 & Veo 3.1 (via Fal.ai) for video — standard clips and smooth panel-to-panel transitions

Every model was selected for its specific strengths. We route through aggregators (OpenRouter and Fal.ai) so we can swap models as better options emerge without changing the user experience.
